Osinski hits a walk-off triple, Lowell victorious in suspended game 1-0

Nick Duron walked one and struck out five in two scoreless innings on Wednesday before the rains suspended the action. Taylor Ahearn scattered three singles while whiffing four and tossing a pitch to the backstop over five scoreless frames. Ryan Oduber relinquished a double and two walks in his two scoreless innings; striking out one.

Everlouis Lozada laced two singles in four excursions. Samuel Miranda muscled a single in three sessions. Garrett Benge, Juan Barriento, and Michael Osinski each obtained a hit in four at-ats; Osinski with a triple to drive in Barriento with the sole run of the contest. Alexander Martinez walked once in three appearances. Cole Brannen received a base on balls amid three hitless trips. Kervin Suarez and Raiwinson Lameda languished through three futile forays.

Gomez gives up a pair in the sixth, Lowell loses final game of season 3-1

Yorvin Pantoja yielded an unearned run on two hits, a walk, and a hit by pitch over three frames; striking out four. Rio Gomez gave up two runs – one earned – on four hits in 2 1/3 innings; whiffing a quartet. Mitchell Osnowitz struck out two while setting down the final five batters in order.

Juan Barriento, Zach Sterry, and Tanner Nishioka each notched a hit in three at-bats; Barriento with a double. Yomar Valentin walked once in two ventures. Marino Campana was plunked once in three matchups. Steven Reveles was unsuccessful in two ups. Charlie Madden, Alexander Martinez, and Nicholos Hamilton each had three frustrating forays.
