Pawtucket Red Sox (50-44)

Chandler Shepherd surrendered a double and a walk in two scoreless innings; striking out one. Ty Buttrey tossed three scoreless frames, allowing a single and whiffing a quartet. Jamie Callahan collected two scoreless innings, giving up two hits while striking out a trio. Robby Scott relinquished a hit and a walk in 1 ⅓ scoreless frames. Noe Ramirez notched the final two outs, one via the K.

Heiker Meneses, Bryce Brentz, and Rafael Devers each delivered a pair of hits in four at-bats; Meneses with a triple, Brentz with a double and home run #20. Ryan Court contributed a single and a walk in four treks. Matt Dominguez doubled once in four attempts. Aneury Tavarez and Dan Butler each took a base on balls amid three hitless appearances. Jantzen Witte walked once in three jaunts. Mike Miller had a trio of frustrating forays.


Portland Sea Dogs (43-48)

Jake Drehoff granted seven runs on eight hits – including a Zach Zehner zinger over the wall – and a walk; striking out a pair in two innings. Jacob Dahlstrand surrendered two runs on three hits and two walks over three frames; striking out one. Jake Cosart gave up a single and a walk in two scoreless innings, whiffing a pair. Luis Ysla yielded two hits and a walk over two scoreless frames; striking out a trio.

Jeremy Barfield blasted a single and a double and drew a base on balls in five appearances. Josh Tobias topped two singles in four at-bats. Mike Olt and Deiner Lopez each laced a pair of singles in five trips. Nick Lovullo and Jake Romanski each ripped a single in four jaunts. Danny Mars managed a single and two walks in five attempts. Cole Sturgeon and Michael Chavis each contributed a single in five forays.


Salem Red Sox (16-10/56-39)

Madera drives in Sermo in the third, Sox win a pitching battle 1-0

Roniel Raudes relinquished four hits, two hit by pitches, and a pair of walks in his six shutout innings; whiffing a quartet. Logan Boyd followed with three scoreless frames, ceding two hits and three walks while striking out a trio.

Jordan Betts bopped a single, drew a base on balls, and stole a base in three appearances. Mike Meyers managed a single and a stolen base in three trips. Chris Madera, Jeremy Rivera, and Tyler Spoon each struck a single in four at-bats. Josh Ockimey obtained a walk in four jaunts. Tate Matheny, Jose Sermo, and Jhon Nunez each notched three hitless forays; Sermo reaching on a throwing error and scoring in the third.


 Lowell Spinners (11-16)

Oduber obliterated in the second, IronBirds spin by Lowell 9-1

Nick Duron tossed 38 pitches in his only inning, allowing a run on three singles and a walk. Ryan Oduber relinquished eight runs – six earned – in the second inning, granting six singles, a walk, and a hit by pitch while uncorking a wild pitch. Jared Oliver granted a hit, walked two and hit one over three scoreless frames, striking out seven and unleashing a pitch beyond the catcher. Mitchell Osnowitz plunked a batter over four scoreless innings, whiffing a quintet.

Samuel Miranda and Yomar Valentin each yanked a single in three at-bats. Nicholos Hamilton and Garrett Benge each bopped a single in four trips. Juan Barriento walked once in four excursions. Frankie Rios, Raiwinson Lameda, Marino Campana, and Michael Osinski each had a quartet of futile forays.


GCL Red Sox (11-9)

Bullpen implodes in the ninth and tenth, Sox defeated 10-7 in 10

Oddanier Mosqueda surrendered a run on four hits in five frames; whiffing a trio and committing a balk. Tanner Raiburn walked one and struck out two in two scoreless innings. Marcos Lantigua let in four runs on four hits over 1 ⅓ frames; whiffing a pair. Kory Behenna finished the implosion by allowing five runs – two earned – on three hits, two walks, and a wild pitch in 1 ⅔ innings.

Andre Colon contributed two singles, a caught stealing, and a hit by pitch in five appearances. Cole Brannen bopped a pair of singles in five at-bats and stole a bag. Tyler Dearden doubled and struck out twice in his debut before being replaced by David Durden who delivered a single in two tries. Juan Carlos Abreu accumulated a single, a walk, and a sacrifice bunt in five jaunts. Jerry Downs dropped a single, drove a sacrifice fly, and was plunked by a pitch in five ups. Everlouis Lozada launched a single and earned a free pass in his quintet of attacks. Kervin Suarez served up a double and a walk in six sessions. Zach Sterry was plunked by a pitch and had four hitless trips. Carlos Pulido was punched out once in his five fruitless forays.


DSL Red Sox (25-11)

Red Sox and Braves were postponed by rain. The game will be made up in early August.
