Sons of Sam Horn - Lackey Update

The Sons of Sam Horn (SoSH) is pleased to announce its annual online auction to benefit amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The year's auction will be held July 6-19. Last year, SoSH was able to raise the incredible sum of over $65,000, with all of the money going to the Massachusetts Chapter of the ALS Association. Lackey Update

With the servers on the .net down, here is a quick Lackey update.

Lackey is indeed in Boston taking a physical. Sources say the contract is not finished yet and will "not likely" be done by the end of the day.

Sources are saying the Angels still think they are in the running for Lackey as Lackey has apparently not accepted Boston's offer.

It seems unlikely though with Lackey taking a physical in Boston, that Lakcey would be heading back to LAAA. Also the Angels seem to moved into deep negotiation with Matsui for the DH role.

John Heyman is tweeting that the deal is for 5 years at approx. 17 million a year
